For Buyers

Purchasing a home is a huge decision. I feel the services of a qualified Realtor should include knowledge of the area, availability and patience. My areas of expertise include first-time buyers, new home sales, and vacation/investment properties in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Typically, my first step in a home search is assessing my clients needs, focusing on area, property size, school district, taxing districts and re-sale value, among other criteria. Secondly, their financial comfort level is taken into consideration, as it is easy to over-buy a home and create a stressful situation in the future. Once we've identified a property, I aggressively research the sold comparisons, in the specific area- taking into consideration year built, square footage, and property condition- in an effort to arrive at a reasonable idea of property value. I provide assistance in obtaining your loan, arranging and negotiating property inspections and remain on the job until the closing papers are signed, sealed and delivered. I pride myself with a "job well done" and encourage potential clients to check my references. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email.
